In an ever-changing world, opportunities for vulnerable communities become limited. We truly believe that empowering and investing in individuals is the best solution for strengthening a community. It starts with a community-driven sustainable community development plan.

When faced with such systemic, deeply rooted issues, it is hard to see the forest from the trees. We engage communities in developing their own Clara Vista – a clear vision for the future. A vision they can stand by in the midst of all the rapid development surrounding them. 

We break down large aspirations into tangible tasks to instill confidence and inspire action. This work is summarized in a 5-year action plan that is revisited every 6 months. The Venado Community Center has become the platform for all of these community-defined initiatives and a hub for meetings and workshops.
